Snelling is hiring for a Warehouse Picker / Packer (RF Scanner)
Location: On-site – Warehouse Environment
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 8-10 hour days
Employment Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire (if applicable)
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers / Packers to support daily fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders using RF scanning equipment and transporting items throughout the warehouse to the packaging area for final packing and shipment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Use RF scanning devices to locate and pick orders accurately
  • Pull products from designated warehouse locations
  • Transport picked items to the packaging area for the pack team
  • Ensure order accuracy and meet productivity standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Warehouse environment with frequent walking and standing
  • Average lifting: 20-30 lbs
  • Maximum lifting: up to 50 lbs
  • Repetitive motion, bending, reaching, and pushing/pulling carts
  • Closed-toe shoes required at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to use RF scanners or willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and meet productivity expectations
  • Dependable and punctual
