JOB DESCRIPTION

Growing home owners association group needs a versatile, energetic admin assistant to join their team.  This a a part-time position (9am-2pm Monday – Thursday), temp to hire.  Pay $16/hr. 
 
This position provides administrative support to the Community Association Managers in management of the operations, business management and governance of residential communities.  Within 6 months of hire, the employee will need to complete and pass Community Association Institute M-100 class
 
Duties include: 

  • Maintaining records of association documents, contracts and correspondence
  • Managed submissions and ensure compliance with timetables
  • Collect fees and handle delinquent accounts
  • Upload invoices for board approval and process payments for expenses
  • Handle resident inquiries

 
Experience required:

  • Prior experience in real estate or property management required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
