JOB DESCRIPTION Growing home owners association group needs a versatile, energetic admin assistant to join their team. This a a part-time position (9am-2pm Monday – Thursday), temp to hire. Pay $16/hr. This position provides administrative support to the Community Association Managers in management of the operations, business management and governance of residential communities. Within 6 months of hire, the employee will need to complete and pass Community Association Institute M-100 class Duties include: Maintaining records of association documents, contracts and correspondence Managed submissions and ensure compliance with timetables Collect fees and handle delinquent accounts Upload invoices for board approval and process payments for expenses Handle resident inquiries Experience required: Prior experience in real estate or property management required Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills LOCATION Alabama PAY APPLY FOR JOB
