Service company has an immediate opening for an experienced recruiter.  This is  Direct Hire opportunity with a solid benefit package.  $40-45K range, DOE. 
 
Requirements include:

• Prior experience in recruiting, preferably for service and/or hourly employees
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including experience with electronic candidate tracking systems
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.   

 
Duties include:

• Posting positions, screening and interviewing candidates
• Conducting new hire orientations and onboarding
• Conducting reference checks, background checks and scheduling drug screens
• Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
