About the Role
Snelling is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive revenue growth for one of our fast-paced service clients. This individual will be responsible for leading the team, managing sales initiatives, ensuring top-tier customer service, and maintaining efficient business operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, has proven success in sales or membership-based services, and is motivated to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage team members to ensure optimal performance.
    • Foster a positive work environment with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
    • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Sales & Business Growth
    • Drive revenue by implementing sales strategies, membership programs, and upselling techniques.
    • Monitor KPIs and sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
    • Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe business practices.
    • Manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling to maximize profitability.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service Excellence
    • Ensure all customers receive an outstanding experience.
    • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
    • Promote a culture of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail, hospitality, automotive, or service industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L oversight.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed.
