Accounting/HR Clerk - part-time (experience required)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to continued growth, Huntsville manufacturing company needs an experienced HR/Accounting Clerk to join their team.  This is a part-time position that has the possibility to grow into full-time.  Temp to hire, $19/hr.  Schedule is flexible to work part-days or full-days.  
 
Duties include:

  • Handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Creating and sending invoices, and payment reminders
  • Entering/processing payments
  • Entering employee data (new hire information, payroll information, etc.)
  • Coordinating benefits and open enrollment
  • Processing applications
  • Other duties as directed by the HR manager

 
Requires:

  • Prior experience with accounts payable and receivable
  • Prior HR support experience
  • Solid computer and communication skills
