Equipment Install Coordinator (Admin Position) -Madison/Greenbrier area

JOB DESCRIPTION

Growing company is in need of an additional project coordinator/logistics specialist to join their team.  This position coordinates installation of equipment, including scheduling, tracking parts, and installer time.  In addition, duties include tracking deadlines and communicatng update to clients and the installer team. 
 
This is temp to hire opportunity in the Madison/Greenbrier area, paying $18-20/hr, DOE.  
 
Responsibilities:

  • Managing equipment installations including scheduling, tracking parts, and installer time
  • Track deadlines and communicate updates to clients and the installer team
  • Dispatching installers to job sites
  • Maintain customer relations by communicating timeframes, delays, etc. 
  • Tracking install team’s time per project

 
Experience:
Must have related experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing deadlines
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
