Inside Sales/Proposal Specialist - Construction or Equipment Installation experi

JOB DESCRIPTION

Madison/Greenbrier company needs a versatile inside sales specialist.  This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $18-20/hr, DOE.  It requires prior inside sales experience in a business dealing with construction, equipment installation/repair, or related field. 
 
Duties include:

  • Estimating project costs, preparing competitive bids, and supporting outside sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Designing accurate and timely proposals/solutions to meet customer needs
  • Assist change order approval process
  • Assist outside sales as needed in researching and gathering information
  • Communication with outside sales tesam throughout the proposal process

Requirements include:

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of general construction (knowledge of alarm, CCTV, and/or pnuematic drive-thry systems preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in an inside sales support role
