Community Association Manager- $20-22/hr (must have property mgt or HOA experien

JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to continued growth, local Homeowners Association management team needs an additional Community Association Manager for its team. 
 
This position oversees the operations, business management, and governance of residential communities (such as homeowner associations, condominium associations, and other residential properties). 
 
Duties include:

  • Scheduling and attending bord meetings and distributing meeting minutes
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for residents and board members, including addressing concerns and resolving disputes
  • Scheduling and overseeing inspections of community property and sending notices of violations to homeowners not in compliance with regulations
  • Preparing financial reports and statements, managing the annual budget (including forecasting and financial planning)
  • Collecting association dues and handling delinquent accounts
  • Maintaining records of association documents, contracts, and correspondence

Requirements include:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Public Administration or related field preferred
  • At least 3-5 years experience in property management 
  • Very strong attention to detail, solid computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must complete and pass Community Association Institute M-100 class withing 6 months of hire, and must obtain Certified Manager of Community Association or similar certification within 2 years of hire
