Established financial institution in the Fayetteville, TN, area needs an experiened loan processor.  This person supports lenders in processing applications of commercial and retail loans.  Pay is $45K/year, with solid benefit package. 
 
Duties include:

• Assisting customer as needed in filling out loan or credit applications
• Ordering title work
• Reviewing loan flow and document placement 
• Working with Loan Officers to build business and resolve issues
• Communicating with attorneys at varying stages of the loan process
• Adding/clearing any loan exceptions
• Reveiwing loan deoucmentation for accuracy
• Advising customers by phone, email, text or in person about loan or credit information
• Sending form letters and brochures to solicit business from prospective customers

 
Requirements include:

• Prior recent loan processing experience
• Working knowlege of Horizon and Ncino loan platforms
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass stringent background and credit check
