Established company needs an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a part-time position.  This is a temp to possible company hire position, $19-21/hr, depending on experience. The role is anticipated to be a 28-hour/week position, with some flexibility on schedule during 8am-5pm M-F work hours. 
 
Duties include: 

• Review, code and process invoices
• Process and distribute checks
• Handle inquirie from vendors
• Audit employee expense reports
• Prepare multi-state sales/use tax returns 
• Gather, prepare and distribute tax forms (W-9, 1099, etc.)
• Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

 
Requirements include:

• B.S. in accounting or related field
• Experience or training in the duties listed above
• Ability to multi-task
