Real Estate Admin Assistant


Immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant accustomed to working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office! Must be flexible with work schedule, able to run errands with personal vehicle, and work overtime/Saturdays if needed. 

This position includes a wide variety of duties, including setting up and scheduling appointments, setting up files, and tracking deadlines. In addition, it includes running errands using personal vehicle. $12/hr, Huntsville location. Prior experience in a real estate or mortgage company is strongly preferred.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include:

  • Answering phones and handling general client questions, including providing status updates
  • Setting up and scheduling technical appointments
  • Toggling between several websites to ensure correct and complete information is obtained; following up to obtain additional needed information (by email or phone)
  • Running errands (mileage will be reimbursed)

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant include:

  • At least 3 years prior administrative experience
  • Very strong computer skills, fast and accurate data entry
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to run errands using personal vehicle
  • Experience in the real estate, mortgage, or related industry a plus

Candidates for this position will undergo background check, drug test and motor vehicle record check prior to starting work.
