Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Veterinary Clinic has an immediate need for an experienced Office Manager with prior management experience, including accounting and scheduling. This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $15-16/hr. Benefits provided upon company hire. 

Duties of the Office Manager include:

  • Responsible for overall operations of the Clinic office.
  •  Maintains complete and accurate records of patients. Works closely with Clinic Director and other Clinic staff. 
  • Participates in check in/out of patients and balances cash drawer.
  • Ensures complete and accurate records exist for all patients.
  • Manages booking schedule through software; replies to any emails regarding booking. 
  • Maintains accounts receivables.
  • Inventories and orders office supplies.
  • Creates monthly reports.

Requirements for the Office Manager include:

Prior experience as an office manager.

Experience with accounts payable and receivable.

Experience with reports and scheduling.

Prior experience in a medical or veterinary office strongly preferred.

Candidates for this position will be background checked and drug tested prior to starting work.
